Beet Salad with Chèvre & Tangerine Agrumato

A bright and colorful salad for warm weather or whenever you need a little taste of summer.

Serves 4


  • 1/4 cup Tangerine Agrumato Oil
  • juice & zest of 2 medium tangerines
  • salt & pepper
  • 4 cups roasted beets
  • 1/2 cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled


In a large bowl, whisk together Tangerine Agrumato and tangerine juice (reserve tangerine zest for garnish) until combined. Add beets and gently toss in the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange beets on a serving platter and top with crumbled goat cheese and reserved tangerine zest.
