What do Boats & Chocolate Have in Common?

From Boat Building to Bean-to-Bar

Introducing Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate

dick taylor chocolate 3So how do two boat builders start making chocolate? For Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor—founders of Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate—the jump from woodworking and carpentry to chocolate making was a natural one. Both trades take raw, organic materials and transform them into something beautiful (and in chocolate's case, something delicious too).

Adam and Dustin take care in each and every step of the bean-to-bar process—from building direct relationships with cacao farmers around the world and using sustainably and ethically-sourced cacao beans to their month-long chocolate-making process, custom-designed molds and hand-printed packaging.

The end result is beautifully molded chocolate bars highlighting the flavors of cacao from different parts of the world. In this trio, you'll receive one each of their 72% Belize Toledo, 74% Dominican Finca Elvesia and Fleur de Sel chocolate bars, tied with a bow.
