7 ways to Get Grilling n' Glazing

  1. Burgers: Brush classic Classic Balsamic Glaze over burgers during the last couple minutes of cooking. Top with St. Agur Blue cheese and Acetaia Leonardi's Red Onion & Balsamic Compote.
  2. Grilled Stone Fruit: Drizzle Fig & Balsamic Glaze over grilled stone fruit topped with sweetened mascarpone cheese.
  3. Sweet & Savory Figs: Grill prosciutto-wrapped figs and garnish with Fig & Balsamic Glaze and crumbled fresh goat cheese.
  4. Barbecued Chicken: Cook up a finger lickin’ good Grilled Butterflied Balsamic Chicken. A few minutes before you take it off the grill, mop the whole chicken with Classic Balsamic Glaze (don’t do it any earlier or the sugar in the glaze will burn).
  5. Grilled Vegetables: Adorn grilled summer squash with a flourish of Classic Balsamic Glaze and chopped fresh herbs for a simple side.
  6. BBQ’d Strawberry Skewers: Toss whole strawberries with Fig & Balsamic Glaze, skewer and grill for 2 minutes on each side. Serve with vanilla ice cream and an extra drizzle of the glaze.
  7. Quick Caprese Salad Flatbread: Grill premade pizza dough topped with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Finish with plenty of torn basil and a hearty pour of Classic Balsamic Glaze.
