This is a great starter or hors d'oeuvres, spread on warm pita. Serve a bowl with olives and you've got the start to a nice party.
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
2 cups feta, drained of any liquid
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 - 4 tablespoons harissa (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, place all of the ingredients and process to a smooth puree. Check for seasoning. Depending on the saltiness of the feta, you may need to add salt.
