Pappardelle with Fresh Ricotta & Lemon Agrumato

This is one of our absolute favorite pasta dishes.


  • pappardelle, or any long pasta will work fine
  • fresh ricotta
  • Lemon Agrumato
  • salt & pepper


Cook the pasta to al dente. While still piping hot, toss the pasta with the fresh ricotta, a good 1/4 cup of the Lemon Agrumato, and salt & freshly ground pepper.
