A bright and colorful salad for warm weather or whenever you need a little taste of summer.
In a large bowl, whisk together Agrumato® Tangerine and tangerine juice (reserve tangerine zest for garnish) until combined. Add beets and gently toss in the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange beets on a serving platter and top with crumbled goat cheese and reserved tangerine zest.
