Believe it or not, we're a little burnt-out on rich, complex dishes of esoteric ingredients. Post-holiday diets demand a return to the basics and a rest for the palate.
Amidst this return to uncomplicated cooking, we've rediscovered our old versatile friend in the pantry - our favorite seasoning salts. With just a pinch, one can turn anything into something more enticing, without overpowering the palate or compromising nutrition.
