Branzino Grigliato—from IASA, producer of Italian anchovy products—starts with sustainably-farmed Mediterranean sea bass from the waters off the coast of Campania. This prized catch—long loved throughout Europe and a central part of the Mediterranean diet—is known for its pristine white fillets and delicate, slightly sweet flavor.

The fish is cleaned, gently grilled and hand-packed in tins with mild olive oil, allowing the subtle smokiness and nuanced flavor of the sea bass to come through. Plus the olive oil gives the fish a silky, luscious texture that enchants bite after bite.

Keep a couple tins on hand for quick pantry-to-table meals.

  • Serve on grilled crostini drizzled abundantly with olive oil and a sprinkle of fleur de sel
