Fresh Catch: NEW Mediterranean Dorade in Water from IASA
23 September 2018
Introducing NEW Mediterranean Dorade in Water from IASA, one of our favorite Italian fish producers (you might have had their anchovies and sofi™ Award-winning grilled branzino).
Dorade—known by many names: orata in Italy, daurade in France and sea bream in the United States—is a white fish treasured for its tender, flaky texture and mild, clean flavor of the sea.
To produce this delicacy, the folks at IASA start with sustainably-farmed dorade. The fish is gently steamed, and then hand-packed in tins with water, salt and a touch of lemon.
So many ways to enjoy...
- Use to top your favorite salads (we love it with boiled potatoes, wedges of tomato, greens and marinated capers)
- Whip up a quick crostini topping: Gently flake the fish, dress with Agrumato® Citron Olive Oil and season with fleur de sel
- Make our NEW recipe for Paccheri Pasta with Dorade, Burst Cherry Tomato & Saffron Sauce (pictured)
